Staff Requirements

[*]You need to have a working Mic (Not much background noise)
[*]Be patient and mature
[*]Have at least been with the community for a week
[*]Be able to be on the server at least 6 Hours a week

[*]Willing to learn our way of dealing with situations

Note: If you pass your application this doesn't mean you are a staff member yet everyone that has an accepted staff application will have to go through an interview given by a staff recruiter
after passing this interview you will be given basic training after that you will get your trail time as moderator which will last for at least 2 weeks up to 4 if you do not get to the rank of mod in these four weeks that will mean you have not proven useful or learned enough that also means your rank will be removed.
If your application gets denied this can have diffrent reasons depending on the reason you may reapply if you may it will state this in the reply on your application

Do you have previous experience as a staff member if yes explain detailed (Minimum 75 words if yes)
I have had experience as a Head Of Event Staff on another server which the majority of the people here were on at the time. I understand the role of a staff member and have had experience with the staff role before.
What can you provide towards this community that would benefit us (minimum 150 words)
I believe that I can provide the enjoyment and order a staff member should bring to any server. I believe that I would be responsible and just with my role as a staff member and would always go by the rules and obey the commands of higher-ups. I think that with my past experience I would be able to quickly come to grasps with the role and be able to use it fairly and not abuse it. I also think that with my past experience with the game and the role I could bring the server to a high standard in terms of the role I would be given as a staff member, E.G. Events, bans, warnings.
Why should we accept you over our other applicants (minimum 100 words)
I believe you should accept me as a staff member because of my reliability and constant effort to bring enjoyment to the server, this is a key element as it would help the server greatly as I would provide a constant effort to support the members and server as a whole. I also believe that when I try my hardest at being staff and also balancing it with RP it can be stressful but I am able to handle the stress and tension put onto any staff member. I also understand the involvement a staff member needs with the community and how it can greatly affect how the staff member is seen on the server.
